Shoalsgate is a district of the City and the location of a Watch station. Many soldiers of the Watch hail from Shoalsgate, or have been stationed there in the past. Several criminals may have been arrested and spent time here as well. A popular slang phrase, the "Shoalsgate kiss," refers to killing someone.
